Part of this is treating your underwear with respect and washing them appropriately - we’d recommend washing them after every wear on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees (celsius) with an oxygen bleach detergent to kill any bacteria at the lower temperature and fabric softener for best results. Naturally, even the hardiest underwear will deteriorate with time and use. For that reason, we’d recommend keeping an eye on your underwear drawer, keep your underwear on rotation and purchase some new pants and socks at least every 3 to 6 months - just to ensure you’ve always got a fresh pair ready to go in case holes develop.

We’d recommend washing your Panos Emporio underwear on a gentle cycle at 30 degrees celsius. Use an oxygen bleach detergent to kill any bacteria and combine with some fabric softener for best results. Otherwise, use any good brand of laundry detergent and wash your pants at 40 degrees celsius to be effective. However, this method is less environmentally friendly and the higher temperatures may affect the longevity of your pants.
