Full Terms and Conditions - June Giveaway 2026

1. Promoter The promoter is PNS 2025 Ltd (company number 16838992), registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Beacon House, South Road, Weybridge, England, KT13 9DZ. For inquiries, contact customerservice@pantsandsocks.com.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of PNS 2025 Ltd, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
• There is no entry fee for free entries (see section 3), but standard purchase costs apply for paid entries.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. How to Enter

• The competition opens on 1 June 2026 and closes at midnight (23:59 GMT) on 30 June 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
• To enter via purchase: Purchase any pair of pants from PNS 2025 Ltd during the entry period. Each pair purchased constitutes one entry. Multiple purchases allow multiple entries. Proof of purchase may be required.
• Email subscription is required for all entrants to enable winner notification. By entering, you consent to providing your email address for this purpose and for marketing of relevant offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the draw may result in you missing the winner notification.
• Free Entry Option: Simply sign up using the form on the competition page to enter for free.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason.

4. The Prize

• One winner will receive two VIP tickets to watch England v Pakistan at Lord's Cricket Ground on 29 August 2026.
• The tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative. No cash equivalent will be offered.
• The prize is supplied directly by the promoter and is subject to the event organiser’s and venue’s standard terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• One winner will be selected.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 2 July 2026 by random number generator.
• The winner will be notified by email on or shortly after 2 July 2026. The winner must confirm acceptance within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding reviewing the selection process or any part thereof.
• The winner’s name and county may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter within 30 days after the Closing Date.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition, including notifying the winner, and in accordance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). Email addresses are necessary for notification purposes.
• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

7. General

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to circumstances beyond its control. Entrants will be notified of any changes.
• The promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize unless expressly stated.
• Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or prize.
• This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (or its subsidiaries, including Facebook and Instagram).
• By entering, you: (a) fully release and hold Meta Platforms, Inc. harmless from any liability; (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.; and (c) confirm you are providing your information to the promoter and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
