These guides translate the size ranges found on the packs of pants (usually ranging between XS and XXXL) into sizes in inches. To find your waist size in inches, you can grab the most comfy pair of trousers you own, take a look at that inside label and see what size waist they are. If you want to get a little more technical, grab a piece of string or flexible tape measure and wrap it around the point of your waist where your underwear most commonly sits - after that, read the measure at the inches gauge to find your perfect fit.
