To the UK Mainland:

FREE Standard Tracked Delivery ROYAL MAIL on orders over £50 (3-5 working days)

OR

Standard Tracked Delivery ROYAL MAIL £4.95 orders under £50 (3-5 working days) 

Next Working Day Delivery DPD £7.50 (order before 12pm, Mon-Fri)

NI / Etc:

If you're outside of the UK, take a look at our helpful shipping calculator you'll find when completing your order.

Shipping Cut Off Times:

All ROYAL MAIL shipping cut off times are 4pm. 

Notifications:

An automated email with a link to track your order will be sent on despatch. Don’t forget to check your junk mail folder!

Returns & Exchanges

Please Read:

We can only accept products for a return if they are unworn, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

This means you cannot try them on to see if they fit and then send them back. This is for hygiene reasons and follows standard UK retailer policy on underwear returns. 

This also means that we are unable to offer exchanges on opened underwear items. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, or have been sent the wrong item or size, please contact customer service for an exchange. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All faulty item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the invoice.
