1. Promoter The promoter is PNS 2025 Ltd (company number 16838992), registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Beacon House, South Road, Weybridge, England, KT13 9DZ. For inquiries, contact customerservice@pantsandsocks.com.
2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of PNS 2025 Ltd, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
• There is no entry fee for free entries (see section 3), but standard purchase costs apply for paid entries.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. How to Enter

• The competition opens on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on 31 March 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
• To enter via purchase: Purchase any pair of pants from PNS 2025 Ltd during the entry period. Each pair purchased constitutes one entry. Multiple purchases allow multiple entries. Proof of purchase may be required.
• Email subscription is required for all entrants to enable winner notification. By entering, you consent to providing your email address for this purpose and for marketing of relevant offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the draw may result in you missing the winner notification.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason.

4. The Prize

• The prize is a free dinner for 2 at Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat restaurant, located at Floor 60, 22 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AJ, plus a £150 wine voucher. The dinner date is at the winner's choosing, within 12 months of notification of winning (subject to restaurant availability and booking terms).
• The prize is for two people only and covers the cost of a meal (as per the restaurant's standard menu offerings at the time of booking) and the £150 wine voucher to be used towards wine purchases during the meal. Any additional items, extras, or costs beyond this (e.g., additional drinks, service charges, or items not covered by the voucher) are the winner's responsibility.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative. No cash equivalent will be offered.
• The prize is supplied by a third party and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control (including restaurant closure, unavailability, or other issues).
• One winner will be selected.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 1 April 2026 by random number generator.
• The winner will be notified by email on 1 April 2026. The winner must confirm acceptance and provide any required details (e.g., preferred booking timeframe) within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.
• The winner must be available to book and attend within 12 months of winning. The promoter will assist with coordinating the booking directly with the restaurant, but availability is not guaranteed and is subject to the restaurant's policies.
• The promoter's (or judges') decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
• The winner's name and county may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter within 30 days after the Closing Date.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition, including notifying the winner, and in accordance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). Email addresses are necessary for notification purposes.
• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

7. General

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to circumstances beyond its control. Entrants will be notified of any changes.
• The promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize (e.g., travel to/from the restaurant, accommodation, additional expenses) unless stated.
• Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or prize (including but not limited to issues with restaurant service, food quality, or booking).
• This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (or its subsidiaries, including Facebook and Instagram) or Gordon Ramsay Restaurants / Lucky Cat.
• By entering, you: (a) fully release and hold Meta Platforms, Inc. harmless from any liability; (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.; and (c) confirm you are providing your information to the promoter and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
