Full Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is PNS 2025 Ltd (company number 16838992), registered in England and Wales), whose registered office is at Beacon House, South Road, Weybridge, England, KT13 9DZ. For inquiries, contact customerservice@pantsandsocks.com.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of PNS 2025 Ltd, their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
• There is no entry fee for free entries (see section 3), but standard purchase costs apply for paid entries.
• By entering, you confirm you are eligible and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. How to Enter

• The competition opens on 9 February 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on 28 February 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
• To enter via purchase: Purchase any pair of pants from PNS 2025 Ltd during the entry period. Each pair purchased constitutes one entry. Multiple purchases allow multiple entries. Proof of purchase may be required.
• Email subscription is required for all entrants to enable winner notification. By entering, you consent to providing your email address for this purpose and for marketing of relevant offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the draw may result in you missing the winner notification.
• No responsibility is accepted for entries not received for any reason.

4. The Prize

• The prize is one pair of VIP Hospitality Tickets to Cheltenham Ladies Day, 11th March 2026. VIP Hospitality package includes Steam Train transport to and from the venue (free parking at Toddington Station is included), complimentary bucks fizz reception on the platform, 4 course gourmet meal, free drinks all day, in the VIP hospitality marquee (located conveniently in the courtyard). 
• Arrive Toddington Station at 10:00am for Steam Train pickup at 10:30am. Train arrives back in Toddington at 7pm. Please advise any dietary requirements. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative. No cash equivalent will be offered.
• The prize is supplied by a third party and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• One winner will be selected.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 1 March 2026 by random number generator.
• The winner will be notified by email on 1 March 2026. By noon on March 2nd we require a confirmation of the delivery address for the tickets. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same method.
• The winner must provide address details for tickets delivery. Tickets will be sent by registered signed-for post. Winner must ensure that they're able to sign for the delivery at the given address. 
• The promoter's (or judges') decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
• The winner's name and county may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter within 30 days after the Closing Date.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

• Any personal data provided will be used solely for administering the competition, including notifying the winner, and in accordance with UK data protection laws (including UK GDPR). Email addresses are necessary for notification purposes.
• The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

7. General

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to circumstances beyond its control. Entrants will be notified of any changes.
• The promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize (e.g., travel, accommodation) unless stated.
• Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or prize.
• This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (or its subsidiaries, including Facebook and Instagram) or the Cheltenham Festival (or its organizers).
• By entering, you: (a) fully release and hold Meta Platforms, Inc. harmless from any liability; (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.; and (c) confirm you are providing your information to the promoter and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
