Returns & Exchanges

IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS TO US WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORISATION. YOUR RETURN WILL BE REJECTED IF:

• The box is opened or the seals tampered with
• You do not have a return authorisation from our customer service team
• For hygiene reasons we will not accept a return for any product that appears to have been worn/tried on. This is for your protection as well: you don’t want underwear that’s been on someone else’s body, and nor do we!

Step 1: Prior to returning any items you must contact us at customerservice@pantsandsocks.com and send images of the box, front and back. This will allow us to confirm that the product is unopened and the tamper seals intact.

Step 2: Once we have confirmed that the product has not been opened or tried on our reps will approve your return and you may ship it back to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please ship the item in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. This is essential to protect the item in transit. You will be liable for any damage that occurs in return transit.

Step 3: Our reps will check the return shipment. If the item is in original condition we will confirm the return and process a refund within approximately 7 days. UK Law requires a refund within 14 days but we endeavour to do this faster as often as possible.

Important Note: If the item has not been shipped back in the original protective cardboard box and subsequently the brand packaging is damaged this may render the item unsaleable, in which case your return will be rejected.

For Clarity: For hygiene reasons, we only accept products for a return if they are unworn, the original packaging is unopened (if delivered in brand packaging) and in a re-saleable condition.

What To Do If My Order Arrives Damaged/Dirty/Defective?:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All faulty item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the invoice.
